The in-house photographer will be responsible for creating photo and video content for our growing team. The photographer will work closely with members of the team including marketing and administration to capture photos and videos of residential and commercial listings.

Photographer/Videographer Duties

  • Coordinate dates and times for property photo shoots with administration staff
  • Timely email/phone responses
  • Use of the Google Calendar and other applicable software
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Travel to photo shoot locations, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo and surrounding areas
  • Shoot real estate photography
  • Interior and exterior photography
  • Capture video and drone footage when necessary
  • Provide room measurements
  • Provide edited photos and videos to marketing and administration in a timely manner
  • Ad management
  • Manage and maintain all current print media mediums
  • Redesign ads and other marketing tools as needed
  • Shoot staff events, community events, marketing material and any other requested photo/video content
  • Work closely with the marketing department to create content and distribute to media platforms
  • This is a flexible role, hours will typically be Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, evenings and weekends may be necessary
  • Design and create a feature sheet with images and descriptions of the subject property to be completed in a timely manner

  • Photoshop, Final Cut, Lightroom and other photo and video editing software
  • Social Media experience is an asset
  • Professional photography equipment is an asset
